The LK200 series products are all 20-channel intelligent data acquisition front-ends with LCD display, dual RS485 bus interfaces, and support dual network communication. The communication protocol is MODBUS-RTU. The LK200 series intelligent data acquisition front-ends include two types of products, LK200-A and LK200-B. The appearance and structure of these two types of products are shown in the figure. Although these two types of intelligent data acquisition front-ends are different in appearance and structure, their specific functions in field applications are the same. Users can choose the corresponding product according to the size of the field installation space and the specific application function.

Specifications:

    • Strong anti-interference ability. The intelligent acquisition front end adopts unique software and hardware anti-interference measures, which is particularly suitable for use in strong interference environments, especially for strong electromagnetic interference environments such as generator coil temperature measurement, and the anti-interference performance is even better. Under normal circumstances, the signal input line of the intelligent acquisition front end does not need to be shielded.
    • The input channel adopts double-ended differential input. The input, power supply, network and channel are electrically isolated to effectively suppress various common-mode interferences and eliminate mutual influence between channels.
    • The acquisition results of thermal resistors and thermocouples are temperature values, and the cold-end temperature compensation is automatically performed on the thermocouple input. The intelligent front end adopts a passive bottom plate design. Only two screws are needed to separate the host from the bottom plate, which is extremely convenient for maintenance and replacement.
    • It has automatic calibration and system calibration functions. Correct the measurement errors caused by changes in ambient temperature at any time to ensure the acquisition accuracy of the intelligent acquisition front end within the entire working temperature range.
    • The intelligent acquisition front end is mainly used for thermocouple temperature acquisition, thermal resistance temperature acquisition, 0~5V voltage signal acquisition, 4~20mA current signal acquisition, etc. It is especially suitable for distributed installation, strong interference environment and long-distance communication.
